My second book is now available wherever you buy books. The Great Reimagination takes place thirteen years after The Great Divorce ends. This second book attempts to start a conversation around ideas and values that can help mend the harm done via The Great Divorce, or better yet, prevent The Great Divorce from ever happening. The Great Reimagination is not a cure-all for our deeply divided society. Rather, it is an interesting story of emeritus world leaders, including President Richard Adamo from The Great Divorce, having a conversation about ways to improve politics, government and society. The philosophical content is buoyed by the captivating adventures of Nate and Donna Lasserman as they are kidnapped in Panama, rescued by President Adamo’s butler, and subsequently caught up in an attempted coup in Cuba. The book is filled with ideas; some a bit goofy while others are quite realistic. My desired outcome for readers is a willingness to engage in constructive and entertaining conversations with other citizens of similar and differing political and social perspectives.
